The staff was nice and courteous. the accommodation was safe and reasonably clean. - the restaurant was great with a lovely bar and restaurant. - A couch and a sofa sleeper were useful. - the location was great in a pretty comfortable area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was wonderful.

The service at the pool cafeteria was slow, it took a bit too long to get the food.

Great way to end our trip. Wonderful and quiet hotel with a delicious breakfast selection. The breakfasts for vegans. Reasonably spacious rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Marvellous and stunning location in the Old Quarter and easy access to shopping centres and a market.

the hotel was luxury with affable staff and a magnificent location close to the actual sea. the room i got was nicely updated and recently refurbished with garden view, bathrooms and big comfy beds. location: the venue was near the bocagrande beach, many restaurants and shops very near and the historic center. i had a great meal at the outdoor restaurant.

The service was impeccable. the offered breakfast was extensive and amazing for vegans. - the location was particularly good and stunning, within walking distance of everything, and in a busy area.

This place is unique and relaxing, with a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants, services, and the beach just across the street.

Cleanliness of rooms - hotel staff kept rooms really clean & tidy. Plus in a highly Spanish-speaking country, some hotel staff (mainly ladies) made a better effort to speak English.

The hotel, from the outside, is not as beautiful as it is made to look in the pictures online. In reality, it looks substantially untidy & outdated, but the inside compensates for what's missing on the exterior. Perhaps, the fact that certain sections were undergoing re-plastering & re-painting made the problem worse than it really is.

This place offers free parking, a super convenient location close to Rosario islands 🏝️. Room is nicely updated and quiet, with comfy beds. the staff is excellent too.

The biggest shower-head I have ever experienced! And a fantastic king-size bed.
